I adore Birds bakery with all my heart! The staff are always friendly and always cheers me up! I love getting the lemon and jam tarts, cream puffs and the Victoria sponge cakes. They also have beautiful decorations for the coronation recently too!

I use different birds stores with work and this has to be the most unhelpful store. All the other stores make up sandwiches when they’ve ran out (by 1230) and this place always says we’ve ran out of cobs when I stand looking at bags of the things. Terrible service. They might need to look up what customer service means as part of their training.

I brought cappuccino take a way £2.40,my cup was damaged I couldn't hold my cup and walk, I couldn't close my cup ,my cup was very bad damaged, Challenging Costa coffee price serving bad quality products

Horrible, discriminative, aggressive so called manager NOT! Unbelievable experience. I we in there as a professional black guy now I'm a managing director of my own company this woman haven't got a clue.II aske the casher for a traditional Cornish pastie I aske her twice is that a traditional one? She said yes. I walke out only to find ou I'm eating some kind of steak bake pure meat no veg or ? nothing like a pastie let alone Cornish pastie.I went back in asked to see a manager she came out saw I was black and looked at me like I had 3 heads.I explained what happened, asked for a refund she told me to get out and denied me a refund and threaten to call the police I asked toThe police came and couldn't believe it when I explained my experience. Worst company on the planet avoid like the plaige
