24th December 2023 @ 13.50 blonde lady at counter was very rude. Normally just go Costa Coffe down the road who serve with a smile and our very polite. Went in today to place a order for a small hot chocolate to drink in store which was very nice, but when taking the order the blonde lady just said what do you want, is this how you serve customer, no smile, looks like she was being forced to work here. All can be checked on camara, if you want a good customer service go down the road to Costa Coffe who server with a smile and respect. Highly not recommended.

I used to enjoy this coffee shop. But my wife had her take out order taken by someone? Now, the coffee shop is more like a student hang out area than a space for coffee and a nice snack. What a shame........

Coffee was the usual high standard but I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and positive attitude of one of the staff. Shaved head and slim she really made me feel welcome. Well done Nero!
