Normally Champs was an amazing vibrant sports bar but recently they have massively changed, notably in the attitude of bouncers. This incident happened this weekend with me being randomly aggressively pushed out without reason and when asked no response just pushed not even asked to move. Then when I was outside I was again aggressively pushed by a Bouncer when politely asking why the first Bouncer had took such aggression

I rased an issue in champs stating that a member of staff came across as condersending towards me.I come back some day later that member of staff is serving me a pint and she speaking in an combative manner she say " I am nice everyone like me how dare you complain"After this I rased the issue with management at first they said there was no female member of staff.What I am told by management changes they say there is female member of staff but it was out of character

I rased a complaint regarding the deficiency of customer service,this was because I feel a member of staff came across as condescending. I came to the pub week late and the individual member of staff deal with me in an hostile manner. The words she spoke in a truculent way was" I am a nice person how dare you say that about me everyone here thinks I am nice" After this conversation the issue was razed with Champs management at first they gas light saying there was no female member of staff. After member conversation champs management admit she was the but say "this was total out of character "once again gas lighting the situashion. I took the issue higher it felt once again that champs overall did want to take customer service serusly.
Good for TV and sports staff at bar good , need a good chef that can cook from fresh and not frozen

I'd like to personally thank Champs for their warm and friendly service over the many years I have been coming as a customer. It's one of the best places to go in Loughborough and you can always expect a brilliant and lively atmosphere at any day of the week and any time of the day. I'd also like to add a comment about their food which is Freshly made to perfection and is a brilliant accompaniment to your cold and decently priced beverage. The staff are always great even under pressure and I couldn't recommend it coming more.

Food was pretty poor quality.Boil in a bag stuff.Great for footy. Screens everywhere however Service was good.Also loadsa flies around as bins in the beer garden were full and smelling
