The app said the pizza was ready for collection but when I went in the staff member pointed to the board and it said 18 minutes so I sat down and waited.10/15 minutes later someone else walks in for his order... the one on the board.. so I collected an order that had been sat there for who knows how long.Had cold pizza/cold chicken wings and cold garlic bread..

absolutely disgraceful, they do not wash their hands before making another pizza or making any pizza. I went to collect my food last night and as i was waiting for my food the man made my dough and didn’t even bother to wash his hands before and after he made mine. He also made another 3 pizzas and still didn’t continue to wash his hands. The hygiene in that place is awful??

Had pizza a few times from here. Every time they give one garlic dip between two people (two pizzas). Everyone knows the garlic dip is the best bit. So rather stingy and rubbish of them to not give a garlic dip per pizza. And yes these were large pizzas. So yes. A bit miffed. I’ll use the Loughborough one instead

Are you serious ? £22.99 for bread cheese and not much else ? I thought Biancas in Quorn was bad until I used this rip off joint. You lot have seriously lost the plot. Never have I been so baffled. ?

Been nearly two years since I have had a pizza from here and I have just had a lovely fresh hot pizza that I have thoroughly enjoyed, for what I have just paid great value for money. Thank you will be back very soon.
