The staff are lovely and the manager is fab he greats you as if your family and you can have a chat too, as for the food it's always delicious and always filling with the new revamp it have a more open feeling to it.its just a nice place to go and would recommend it and

we ordered food to takeaway, the order was wrong (no biggie) however the food was stone cold - we only live 2 minutes down the road and the food was very well wrapped so it should not have been stone cold - we had 2 loaded fries, a spicy chicken burger and a BBQ beef burrito - might have been nice if even slightly

Had the tower burger, fries and the chicken tenders. easily the best chicken tenders locally and the burger was delicious. highly recommend

When booking the table, the server very friendly and informative. He informed us of the location of the car park without us asking.On entering the restaraunt, it was very clean, we were served by Din and Rob and given a choice of tables.The menu was clearly explained to us, I can't fault the service at all.As we were waiting for our food, we were given regular updates.We ordered one Pepsi and one tap water, the tap water arrived in a bottle, with a glass containing ice. This was a really nice touch which is often overlooked.For the mains, we ordered the tenders and the beef burrito. We were very pleased with both choices. Again, Din and Rob regularly checked up on us to ensure we had everything we needed.Overall, I must say I can't fault this restaraunt at all. The service and food were both excellent.

Honestly the worst restaurant I have personally ever been to. The manager or the boss (not sure - guy with beard and glasses and black shirt) was arguing and shouting at all the staff, even the poor girl serving the customers who was the only good thing about this experience. The way he was speaking to her was appalling when she was only asking questions and to do all of this infront of customers is so unprofessional. Took a trip up north to get away for the weekend and this restaurant really started it poorly. Was expecting good things from the review but was so poor we actually laughed about it. Wrap was frozen cold and had no seasoning on, was offered no sauce so was dry as anything. The male server just put our food down without saying a word after taking it to the wrong table and walked away before we could ask for any sauces or anything. When I informed the manager he offered to make another one, but I was so over the whole thing by that point I couldn’t be bothered so left hungrier than I came in. The Mac and cheese wow it honestly looked like microwaved pasta and was supposed to have spicy sauce on, but there was no flavour apart from hard dry pasta. No spicy rice with my meal, was offered fries last minute and the food took over an hour to arrive. Luckily my wrap was refunded but I have personally never been to a restaurant so poor before and have never experienced something so bad like that to even write a review, but something needs to be done.
