Came in and there were like 5 tables sitting in eating.I don’t usually rate fast food chains or restaurants, but just felt that people who work here think they’re too important.I came in to order for both girls(ladies) front of house just standing with they’re back to me talking to someone and laughing having a great time over the chicken window.I said excuse-me once, no reaction, I said excuse me twice, both looked at me, no hi, no smile, as if what are you doing here?Anyway, got the food and I got the impression they are so lost it does not look they know what they’re doing.People starter swarming in and they treat them the same as me.If you both see this, just be a little more kind, I was very polite and had a lot of patience.I don’t write bad reviews, but I hope your manager sees this and this will change for this restaurant.I am not going to come back!Have a great evening.

The staff were polite and helpful however our order came slightly wrong. We asked for no sauces but unfortunately came with sauce. Not a problem, the lovely lady said she'd change it for us. 5 minutes later she returned with the new item.. they had literally just put a new hash brown on it and the sauce was still all over the rest of the burger. A few napkins later we managed to get it off. Next time if you make our order Incorrect, please rectify it with a new item completely.

What a complete disappointment with KFC overall. Quality and quantity off food has gone down the drain.Chicken BREAST are so small that has less meat on than wings. Chips taste blunt and KFC’s solution is to spice it up with more MSG.Tower burgers completely overpriced garbage.Well done for destroying the franchise with CUTTING CORNERS.Won’t be coming back.Parking: Hard to park

I came to the Loughborough KFC store after a long time, I was surprised to see the service being so quick and friendly, Especially AJ, who handled my order to perfection. the staff were super friendly and they served with a smile.

The North Parade BandB Was Spotless. The Hosts Were Lovelv Couple Nothi g Was Too Much Trouble Breakfasts Were Lovely.Everything was just less than 5 mimutes Walk Away. Ee have been here numerous times coming again early next year.Best B/
Manager here is very rude. Said her name was AJ. No customer service skills what so ever. My order was completely wrong which I found when I got home. I rang to make them aware of this, to which she argued and said I can only collect missing items myself (20minute drive) and wasn’t allowed anything extra as compensation for me having to drive back myself. No apology what so ever just an attempt at an argument. When I then went back the attitude of the staff was appalling and made me paranoid of my food. The member of staff that served me asked if I could park up and come inside to collect it so she doesn’t have to come out and bring it to me in one of the bays. Will not be returning under any circumstances.

This place has definitely got better. Stopped coming here for a long while due to overall experience but especially the food. It was really poor. But much better now. Good, quick and friendly staff/customer service. Food was really nice too.
