We have ordered delivery from here twice and both times they’ve ‘forgotten’ our order. This time they told us it was out for delivery after phoning 90 minutes after ordering, nothing had arrived a further half an hour later so we phoned again to hear they’d ‘forgotten’ our order. The woman was rude and offered no compensation or alternative. Literally avoid like the plague if you’re hungry!

The chef was screaming at the other staff whilst I was on the phone and then again when I arrived to pick up my food. It was abusive and made me feel really really uncomfortable. I won't be ordering from them again.

We ordered our meal through just eat. This is one of the nicest Chinese takeaway meals we have had. We stopped ordering from our local restaurants as the food was horrible. We have had two meals since finding this gem and the food was gorgeous. Another 4th meal. 80p away from free prawn crackers. 10p charge for a small bin liner. Lot of the onions were unchewable. Thought we'd find our forever takeaway.

Food from this takeaway is good, we use often and never disappointed. I cannot comment on delivery service as never use Just Eat. Food is always ready promptly and on time when we collect. A little gem.

Ordered food from these took over a hour and 15 minutes to turn up food felt cold in the bag did not accept the food really disappointing as been going here for years this is the second time now

Food never arrived, and when we called Lucky House to find out what had happened, and to let them know that potentially the driver had stolen the food, they lied and said they never received the order (despite us having an order confirmation from the takeaway AND a notification telling us the food was on its way) and then laughed at us on the phone saying it wasn't their problem and that we need to contact Just Eat (which we did and they refunded us) Absolutely appalling customer service (this is not the first time food has not turned up/been very late/had poor customer service, as family members have ordered from there and received the same treatment!) Food is hit and miss depending on which chef is on/or if it's the same chef -what mood they are in, and quite frankly, I'd rather pay more for more consistent quality (even if flavour is lacking, but quality of ingredients is good) and service, than be laughed at on the phone.
