I know you are doing a vegan wrap and fries however I want a cup of coffee to go with it so you need to start using alternative milk like oat, almond, soya and coconut I don't want bottled water and fizzy drinks make me I'll please

Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. Rude inexperienced staff, poor food quality no customer service what so ever. The staff all need re training and learn some customer service because there is literally zero at present. I’m disgusted with the way I was treated for pointing out a serious floor in the drive through ordering system and not once had an appoligy for the length of time I was waiting. When I said I won’t be ordering from her sorry, all I had was an “our well” I wasn’t rude or argumentative but the two lads I spoke to thought they were something special and above who I was. The customer is supposed to be always right in a customer service environment but it seems at this establishment the staff can do what they like and you like it or lump it. Also why don’t any McDonald’s serve milkshakes any longer? Driver shortage is it? You can still get milk for coffee and ice cream for the McFlurry so why no milkshakes? I’m let down and angry that this McDonald’s can get away with such terrible service. Today was aweful and I’m taking this experience from two previous visits. I will not be going there again.

It's often very busy but they deal w/ customers quickly. The seemingly honest general good mood of the employees is nice. The food is hot \\u0026 the service is good.

Crazy busy but went through really quickly. A genuine \\\"enjoy the rest of your day\\\" and smile makes a real difference. Hot food, great service.

Check the order carefully, as it's likely to be incorrect despite such being displayed on a screen and printed on a label.
Simply diabolical. Orders take years to be fulfilled and yet are somehow still frequently incorrect. The food itself is adequate at best and the McFlurry/Milkshake machines are almost always ‘’out of order’’.

I don't eat at McDonald's as I don't like the food. But I do pop in and use the toilets. The whole restaurant and especially the toilets are immaculate all the time. It's always very clean
