A vast improvement from my last couple of visits! Unsure if there's new management, or it's just a fluke, but the food was piping hot today and clearly fresh. The burger was still thrown together like a 3 year old did it, but it tasted good!

This is the best McDonald’s in Loughborough.The staff are friendly although blinkered at times. They have a knack of ignoring, and looking straight through you. I often wonder if this is a training course that McDonalds put their staff through.Food was the usual standard you would expect for the cuisine, order was accurate.One positive thing to note about this Maccies is their order time is almost always fast, unlike the other 2 in Loughborough. This is why I will travel further to use this shop.

Not a family-friendly place, management take no interest in dealing with all the appalling bad language being used around children, and groups of young adults smoking vapes within the eating area inside.Strongly advise not to take children inside.
