After 17 calls from this branch, me and my friend ended up walking into the customer service station. Disgusted to say the least, staff refrained to speak to me due to service status.

Always had positive reviews of the food/service from this branch until tonight. My partner ordered a deal of 3 different pizzas. Order received was wrong on 1 pizza. Immediately rang the store to get the right order to be greeted by a negative approach blaming us on ordering wrong (on their app) yet we had confirmation emails to say what we actually ordered. Wouldn’t replace the pizza that was wrongly sent and told to order and pay again for another pizza. Their answer was to contact customer service. We rarely complain about this chain as we’ve used loads in the past but this is poor. Poor attitude poor customer service. Disappointed. But poor reviews on this branch isn’t uncommon it seems.Plus side, The lady who delivered was professional.

First time at papa John's. Not the worst pizza I've ever had, but it wasn't good at all. Very dry & cold. Dips are cheap and watery.

Absolutely awful. My girlfriend and I ordered two hours before closing time, order was never prepared and never came. Called multiple times and it was never picked up even once. Avoid at all costs, couldn’t give this place a lower star review if I tried.

We ordered Saturday night, there was an error, no details needed but the owner did everything he could to make it right!Our pizzas were amazing as always and fantastic value for money with an extra garlic bread thrown in for free.First issue we have had and no complaints about the correction.Many thanks and will still always choose Papa John's ?☺️Ps, our surname is actually Richardson but it puts my maiden name ?

Ordered my Pizza which almost took one hour after I placed ordered.Website was showing pizza is delivered however I haven’t received anything. Tried calling them but they never answered phone call, after 9-10 attempts Someone did answer but just told me your order is on its way and Hangup phone call very rudely.Very low standard of what it is used to be good pizza company.Terrible people and customer service is horrible.
I ordered a pizza, no update for about 1.5hrs only for stored to end up closing , despite me not receiving my food. I called 10+ times before they closed seeking an update but all no answer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve essentially been scammed out 20 quid. ❌❌❌DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH

On the 13/4/23 at 10pm. About 20 min later, we received a notification that our order was delivered when it was not. My wife called the Loughborough branch to be told it was a system error an the pizza will be delivered in 5 minutes. I then called at 22.48 to be told that I was wrong and the pizza has just left the store now. When I said I am not happy and want a refund the person at the branch slammed the phone down on me. And did so again at 22.51/22.54 & 22.57. The pizza arrived at 11pm, stone cold. I can't believe the appalling behaviour of the staff who are rude, aggressive and give false lies to their customers.

Orders are quite literally always undercooked - at least we know to preheat the oven before they arrive! Absolutely appalling customer service and multiple times we have received incorrect orders. If I could give it 0 stars it would be 0/1,000
