With a slight improvement in promptness, especially during busy periods, it would undoubtedly elevate the dining experience, particularly for families with children.

We're in here way too often with Tesco vouchers because it's such an easy option with young children. On the rare occasion we've been disappointed (not this time), staff have gone out of their way to make amends. Enjoyed the new festive meny options and appreciated staff accommodating our request for starters and mains to come out together and kids puddings to go so that we could get home for bedtime. Everyone enjoyed their meals, the kids love the hats and activities, a simple, enjoyable, family meal out yet again. I am gluten free (coeliac).Dietary restrictions: Good for coeliacs (gluten free)

Food was good, ambiance was good but the service was not great at all. Very slow, even though we were in on a quiet Sunday. Had to constantly ask for their attention to get pudding menus and the bill etc… whole meal took 40 mins longer than necessary.
We had a lovely experience here, the staff were so incredibly kind and did everything to make sure we were comfortable. our waitress in particular was absolutely wonderful, she went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated for. You couldn’t ask for better customer service than this! Would absolutely recommend and we’ll definitely be returning!

The best Pizza Express I have been to. The layout is spacious and airy. Great atmosphere. Lovely welcome by Lewis, and all staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We will be back.

Went for food before the cinemaFood was excellent and the staff very attentiveWhat ruined the experience was a family with kids, who constantly screamed, ran all over the seating , throwing things at other diners. Parents did not stop them , but surprisingly the manager or staff did not do anything to intervene?

I went for food at the loughborough pizza express on 28/09.My daughter has an allergy and they questioned it as we were welcomed at the door, which I find was useful as they already knew about the allergies before I ordered our food.The manager on shift was very welcoming and he asked us our preference on where we would like to sit and we chose our usual seat, he helped me with my pushchair up the stairs.My food was amazing, suited to our allergies and waitress beth helped me to change items on the pizza so that it was dairy free.The food was really well cooked and tasted amazing. With it being vegan cheese, I was expecting something completely different. We will be coming again!!Thankyou Pizza Express :)
