Unfortunately really let down with the place. Staff that walked us to the table to then never be seen again. Ended up ordering on the app after waiting to floor staff for so long.We came in to enjoy a buffet lunch and after looking at the choice of pizzas we should have gone to a supermarket and had frozen pizza. 7 pizzas out on the buffet. 4 of which looked to be Mediterranean veg. No margarita or pepperoni brought out until about 40mins after we arrived. Depending on what type of cooking equipment they have though they should be able to produce a pizza in 4mins meaning we could have easily had 10 different fresh pizzas in the time it took to make 3. That were probably could in a rational 3 at a time..

We actually travel out of our way now to come to this particular Pizza Hut as their customer service is always spot on and the food cooked beautifully. A big well done to the management team and staff. No matter who serves us when we visit, we always leave with a smile.

We had an excellent experience today. The manager Deb was extremely helpful and her service was top. As we were vegetarian she ensured the vegetarian selection was refilled and offered us complimentary starters. She has been working for Pizza hut for 28years and her passion has resulted in us having a pleasant experience and will definitely be returning.It was well worth the 30 minute drive from Derby.

So disappointing, was expecting so much more from pizza hut. Ordered a deal for two, 12 inch pizza, garlic bread with jalapeños, southern fried chicken pieces & drink. All the food was dry, over cooked & pretty much tasteless, won't be ordering from pizza hut again ?

Nice atmosphere and good pizza. Very hood service by the host. Didn't take the name. Only back drop was price. Price went up of big sharer which was £29.99 but this time it was £32.99. Other than that no complaints. Planty of seats and good salad options.

Firstly, we found hair in the salad and it was awful, nothing tasted good at all, no table service nor staff being happy and friendly. The pizza was cold and absolutely horrible. The ice cream came out runny and yellow. We were given no cutlery, we had to eat the ice cream with folks. In fact we didn’t even eat anything it was so bad. Never coming back again. Don’t recommend. Hugh prices for bad quality.

Went for a Pizza with my mrs and daughter last night. The service was excellent and staff were brilliant, especially a staff member called Dean , very attentive and polite . Will definitely be visiting again soon

My partner and I decided to go to Pizza Hut and dine in the restaurant as we fancied something different and surprisingly it was a really nice evening, thanks to both Keira and Ellie. We had one of the £16.99 meal deals with some suggestions from the above ladies and all in all, it was a really nice, filling dining experience. Plus the added comedy was also a bonus and made the evening. Well done Keira and Ellie ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always love it here! The individual and sharer deals are well worth the money. The staff were so friendly and helpful and let me order a pizza to take home for my husband who had covid. They also let you take all your leftovers home to eat later. Love the bottomless drinks and the salad & ice cream bars are great. Been going for years and will continue to go!
