Really great burritos and friendly service! There's more hot sauce on the table if the salsa isn't packing enough of a punch. Having a nice selection of Jarritos flavors made it feel authentic.

Saw a promo poster in Puregym thought I'd try it out. The promo was waffle, you have to pay more for the extra meat. Doesn't feel or taste authentic. Burrito wasn't great. Not sure how this place has such good reviews, maybe I just went on an off day. Good place to try once and not go back, I think value for the price wasn't there either.Parking: No parking, but you can park opposite on double yellows and just keep an eye out for wardens.

I used to live on burritos in dublin and it had been years since I'd been to a good old-fashioned proper burrito bar where they build it in front of you just to your liking. This is exactly what I got! Friendly welcome, advise on what flavours go with what ingredients best, two girls working the counter that acted like they have shared in the company and care what you think of the food. An all round, proper. burrito. bar! Well done them!

The food is so nice I have never had a bad experience here . The staff are also lovely too . The only thing I would state that the sides and equipment could be cleaner around the food . As this was a little off putting . The tinfoil plastic cover was very dirty that was next to the food and there was dried old rice all down the cracks next to the dishes of fresh rice . So this isn’t been cleaned regular and looked pretty disgusting. But gloves were changed often .

One item missing completely from the order. Another contained pork in place of chicken. Restaurant would not rectify the issue, just palming us off to Just Eat to sort out a refund ourselves. As a repeat customer, we chose PB as they always seemed reliable, if a bit expensive. Their mistake and dismissive attitude spoiled a special evening on this occasion.

First of all, when you walk in it's dire. That's impression one. nobody was there to greet us when we walked in. then someone came down the stairs to serve us. thing is, the food is kept in these shoeboxes with black lids on top so you cant even see it before you order it - ridiculous. also, extremely limited menu and portions are really stingy. they hardly put any rice in the bowls ffs. hardly any guacamole, salsa, cheese, etc. when she lifted the lid for the cheese, there was hardly any left in the box. great. there was also no lettuce even though it's on the menu so there was no crunch in the bowl refried beans were cold and for the meats, they only have PULLED type chicken or pork - and i cant stand pulled meat. why cant they have normal meat????? everyone else does. so i couldnt really eat my bowl as i hated the pulled chicken. they also only have water and bottled mexican sodas. no cola. no coke. no pepsi. nothing. no alcohol either. so its slim pickings. each bowl was £9, which would be reasonable if you like pulled meat. but they need to SHOW THE FOOD when you arrive so you can see what you're getting, not cover up everything ffs. who does that?? weird vibe in there. tables are not comfortable - high stools. was also cold in there. really, they should do much better than this. 3/10

The burrito I had was incredible, one of the best I've tried. If you order the 'really large' burrito, keep in mind it really is massive. The churros could have been better, 3/5, not crispy enough. Also, my takeout bag held the weight of my food for about a minute before collapsing. Otherwise great experience.
