Ordered via Uber Eats, where they advertised a 20 minute delivery time. Then after the order was received they changed the delivery time massively - to over an hour! Rang them 50 minutes after making the order - they said the order hadn't even left yet. Their feeble excuse was 'we're busy', but why take the order if you can't fulfil it in time? Cancelled the order, but they claimed some of the money, claiming the food had been prepared. Avoid like they were selling plague-flavoured ice-cream. Awful company, terrible service.

Took well over an hour to arrive. One waffle and milkshake. Waffle was stone cold and completely raw and uncooked in the middle. Not worth the money, much nicer and more reliable dessert delivery places out there.

I had the worst experience at this dessert place. The desserts arrived a painful hour and a half late, as if they'd taken a world tour before reaching me. To add insult to injury, they were frozen solid, making me wonder if they were stored in Antarctica. And speaking of size, these tiny atrocities barely fit in their packaging, almost like they were embarrassed to be seen. The delivery person seemed utterly clueless and unapologetic. This place is a complete disaster – save your money and taste buds!

Absolute shambles. Food came late and the order was completely incorrect (also stone cold and poor quality). By the time the food had got here the restaurant was closed so couldn’t rectify the order. My first and last time ordering from here

Ordered for the first time today and was thoroughly disappointed considering the good reviews. The waffle was cold with very little topping and now ice cream included. We had three milkshakes only one was anything more than pale goo with no kind of topping whatsoever and none were full. Finally the sundae didn't have any aero mint topping that it said it would. The only thing that was ok was the delivery time and the food was still edible.Definitely won't be using again after this experience.

My order last night was very disappointing- my granddaughter had asked for a flake milkshake- what arrived was a small portion of vanilla ice cream with specks of flake - the cup was half full - the standard has definitely dropped- will I not be ordering again. The two sundaes were also poor.

Lovely service from 2 great guys :) the desserts were amazing. Downfalls were that it was extremely warm in the place as they dont have air con and they don't take card payments.
First order from here this evening and it won't be the last. Went down a treat with my 8 year old. Delicious!

We ordered waffles and crepes last night and we were not disappointed.They arrived quickly and still warm. They are very generous with the fillings and toppings too.Will be ordering again and would recommend too.

i bought this for my boyfriend just before closing. he wanted to say the food was bussin, scrum dilly yum yum. But he was intimidated by the 4 men in the whip. He thought he was gonna get g-checked. Silly boy x
