Do not order if you are hungry or cannot collect yourself. Food is pretty decent but the service is probably the worst in Loughborough. Every time I've ordered for delivery, they start to prepare the food 30-40 mins after the call, not sure if short staffed or mismanaged.

Do not get food or eat at this location, you don't get the things you ordered, food comes cold and the chicken kebabs are dreadful, not cooked and had food poisoning, the place is not cleaned or clean or hygienic I wouldn’t recommend going there. Hope this is helpful.

Probably the best house special kebab I have ever had in my 47 years in Loughborough.Amazing flavours and freshly cooked. I chose not to add any sauces, and I am happy that I did, there is more than enough beautiful tastes and flavours without the need to add condiments of any kind.Ok the big house special is a little bit pricey, compared to a quick kebab after a night out but in my own opinion, it is well worth that little bit extra if you are in need of something that little more special.I will definitely be partaking of this delight on a very regular basis.

I am still waiting for my order which I ordered at 11-40pm (30 Jan) and it's now 1-11am (31 Jan).I wonder when it will be here, it was supposed to be delivered by 12-10am. Poor service, they do not even receive calls and keep you hanging.I would definitely not recommend it ever. Had my order placed through Deliveroo and their associate tried to call them too but no answer. Heights of professionalism, they are living in a world of their own.

We ordered food and was told delivery would be a little longer than normal and would be 30 mins, I accepted this, but food turned up 2hrs later stone cold and missing items from the order. Called to make them aware and was spoken to like a piece of S**T. We will never use again.

I live about 5 mins away but they never manage to deliver on time, mediocre food and incredibly poor service. Given them loads of chances but no improvement will be looking elsewhere for my kebab from now on.
