How much do HEETS cost?HEETS are priced at £5.50 for a pack of 20 tobacco sticks. Apparently the price for one pack reached £6.50, while everywhere price is the same.

Most definitely without a doubt Amina from Loughborough shell knows how to keep up her smile for every customer in and out of Shell every single day!No doubt about it this girls at the top of her game when it comes to customer service a very valuable member of staff for shell indeed.She knows how to smile for everyone time and time again regardless rain or shine for herself, and asking "How is your day going... any plans for the day... you okay?" I tell you goes a long long way and brings customers in to come refuel at Shell (specifically this girls shell) just to feel like your cared for and acknowledged when served.If there's any bonus schemes or pay rises for such services this girl needs one for every pearly white she shows to brighten up all our days everyday without a miss!Top service there from this young lady and the other guys like her as well, you guys doing something right because I'm coming here to refuel all the time now! ?

Nice and clean garage. Staff could be more friendly and smile rather than poky face. Reasonably priced car wash. The wash machine must need to be maintained as some part of the car, not washing properly. Fuel price similar to fuel station in the area. Hot and cold items available (but not halal)

Really lovely staff ? And so helpful to my mum as she's currently suffering with health issues and she has to a mobility scooter, the staff are VERY kind and ALWAYS considerate towards her and also to myself ? Thank you so much Shell Garage for your kindness, consideration and for all of you professionalism ❤ ? ? ? xxxx
Put some diesel in tonight and needed adblue, which I haven't bought for some time, it cost £29.99 for 10l and I thought wow, that's gone up since I last bought it. Came home and searched online, I could have literally walked around the corner to toolstation and bought for £21.99 or slightly further to screwfix for £19.99, absolute robbing dogs, there is no possible explanation for this, so do not insult me further by paying your employee to write a sympathetic bs response.

We visit this garage regularly and we are always served by a friendly member of staff. At Christmas my son showed 2 of the staff his elf on the shelf and the team showed them their elf and he loved it and it made his whole day. The hot food is always great too :)

They were aware ATM not dispensing properly today when asked, so why no notice put out on ATM, would have saved me a lot of time and less stress! ?Rang ATM provider oh you have to ring your card issuer.Rang bank, 48 hours for money hopefully back in account, if not then another 7 days while raising the issue.Remembering now why I hate ATMs , should have gone the Post Office.
