Pretty flippant with their opening hours, says online open Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 9-3am. Specifically went out to go there last night (Friday at around 12am) and wasn't open ?♂️

As a loyal customer of The Kelso we were extremly disappointed by the reopening. The Bouncers were extremely aggressive and didn't show any compassion nor adherence for licensing regulation and made my group feel extremely embarrassed and bemoralised. Considering they only opened last week, I would expect that they would want to encourage custom from locals, but the way that treated us and made us feel the exact opposite. Disgusting customer service and bouncer staff, I hope that they adapt a more welcoming aditude going forward they're service. The bouncer staff should be more considering and accommodating to customers.

Came here the second night after it had reopened. Just in time for Halloween! There's booths around to sit and chat or a dancefloor if you're thinking about going dancing.TL;DRVery accessibleCleanFriendly staffNice atmosphere10/10 would recommend.Staff were so friendly and assisted me when I had issues with the stairs (mobility aid) and also helped me easily access the disabled toilets (wasn't knocked over by people dancing on the way there!).There are little booths set up for people who would prefer to sit down, and they had a really nice ambiance.All of the bartender's were kind and really quickly got through their orders. The bouncers were also very kind when we were waiting to come in.Managed to run into all three of the managers throughout the night, and they were consistently on top of any issues that cropped up. Any issues that were brought to their attention were IMMEDIATELY addressed!Drinks were amazing, toilets were spotless (even in the early hours before closing), and the vibes were unmatched.Wheelchair accessibility: The place has plenty of room for a large wheelchair to navigate comfortably, disabled toilet which was well maintained!Not sure if it was a training module but the standard of care I got throughout the night was genuinely astonishing. I needed a little assistance getting up the stairs to access the rooftop area, and the staff made sure I was unhindered. I cannot sing their praises enough for this.
