Love the pizza here, we always get our pizza from USA, great service, had an issue with my pizzas on 1 occasion ,and was delivered 2 new ones promptly.

I was recommended to this pizza takeaway. 1st impression was very warm and welcoming, clean & hygienic. Everything about the pizza was fresh and so tasty. Beats pizza hut and dominos. Price is extremely generous. I highly recommend trying USA 5 star

Used to be our favourite and the best in Loughborough but recently they've changed the pizza. Base is very doughy and less cheese to make it cheaper I suppose. I could probably deal with that but the last two times we've ordered the order has been delivered wrong. Rubbish.

Ive been ordering from here for a couple of months now, with over 10 orders atleast, i placed an order and the order was late and couple of things got messed up but the shop apologised, and said the next time i order they will give me some sort of extra/discount. On my next order i received a free bottle of pop, a large chips and cheese and a 15 box of chicken wings. And when it was delivered yet again they apologised for the mishap. The food tastes amazing every time we order. It always comes nice and hot x
Confirmed the order on deliveroo and then never showed up, couldn’t contact restaurant and received no contact from them or rider regarding my order. Would recommend literally anywhere else as there’s a chance you might actually get your order

Food was supposed to be 40 mins over 1hr after calling on its way half of the order missing when phoned back was told very busy and would get out as soon as If they could disgusted to say the least 2hrs later and nothing no call nothing will not use again a shame as my little one loves there garlic bread but when you place an order you expect your food together not to be told they will try forget it.

Their burger is amazing, so tasty, big size I ordered the 1/2 lb and a great value.It’s also Halal for my Muslim fellows.The onion rings was a bit saggy, but it taste good.I didn’t like the chicken, it was oily for me.Overall, I highly recommend their burger. great value of money.

If you want to waste money this is the place to go, food tuned up cold and over cooked. Over priced with very small portions a large here is a small in any other fast food business. Place has gone downhill, They just Don't care anymore or they have got a new owner who only cares for the money and not the customers.

Have used this place a few times for delivery to Shepshed, mostly for kebab, but more recently, for their pizza. Overall its always been delivered quickly, hot, correct, and tasty. The only negative is on occasion the driver dumps my order on the doorstep and phones me ( not the end of the world, but a little odd) It also helps they don't add a silly delivery fee either, thoroughly recommend!
