Great Chinese food from here. Not too keen on free prawn crackers, I would sooner have free delivery.

I’ve dined in Rin’s on many occasions over the last 2 years when visiting Loughborough from Ireland both solo and with family. There is always a warm welcome from Maurice, Rin and staff. Their customer focused approach is apparent from the first visit where they establish if any allergies exist and they always enquire about preferences (spicy … not too spicy…). There is a great choice of dishes for every course and the food is delicious or as Maurice claims “yummy” ! They have really good wines also and the engagement with you at the table as they take orders and serve your food makes you feel truly appreciated - I even got a certain table each time when dining solo !! If I have reason to visit Loughborough again it will be top of my list!! Thank you for some amazing meals and I’ll recommend Rin’s Thai Kitchen to anyone else who may be in town!

I had a penang, absolutely delicious. Friendly, clean, and attractive place to eat. Quiet when I went, which was nice after a hectic day of travel. If I'm ever back in Loughborough, I'll be eating here.

We went to this Restaurant with a group of friends. Overall the meal was simply excellent with a good choice of Veg dishes. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the speed of service could be improved. Having waited a considerable time for the Starters we only had 15 minutes to order the Mains.

On my first visit I was initially a bit puzzled that there were few vegetarian options on the menu. When I asked I was presented with a full vegetarian menu which I was delighted by and am looking forward to working my way through on my forth coming trips to Loughborough! This menu is effectively vegan friendly (egg in some noodle dishes). All my choices so far have been very tasty and beautifully presented. Rin remembered what I previously ordered and was very helpful suggested different dishes which I might not have otherwise tried. Looking forward to my next visit.

Good service. Mediocre food, The Basin price levels but not comparable. We spent £5 on prawn crackers. We received about 10 in a shallow dish with one cheap sweet chilli dip. Felt a bit of a rip off. The curries were tasty but watery - I have no idea if this is authentic so won't comment, just know it's different to others, which I personally prefer. we had the sharing starter which came with cheap spring rolls and also a parcel which was meant to have prawns but just had vegetables. Food is OK, really tasty in places but a let down in others and at this price point isn't justified £88 (£10tip) for two was pretty expensive for the quality.

Having spent the day at our daughter’s graduation, we wanted a cosy and pleasant place to eat dinner and Rin’s Thai Kitchen turned out to be that place. Delicious food, helpful and welcoming staff; all made for a lovely evening.

Can’t understand the negative reviews here,is it the same person writing under a pseudonym. We have eaten at the oriental in Bangkok, the most prestigious restaurant in Thailand. Whilst not saying that this is that standard, without doubt this is serving delicious food by an accomplished chef. The service is attentive and welcoming. You can always engage with the staff and receive good advice.

A delightful dinner. I went for fried squid, followed by the lap gai spicy chicken salad while my partner went for seabass with a spicy mango salad. Cooked beautifully and very well presented. Rin and Maurice are charming hosts and I wholeheartedly recommend their restaurant. We will be back

Me and my dad visited this restaurant last night, it was a late birthday treat so we wanted to try as my dad loves Thai food. Seeing the prices we were very shocked but we have no problems paying abit more for really tasty food! I do feel like for the quantity of food we was given it was over priced but the food was very tasty!! The starter was delicious but again not enough. We did both leave hungry which is a massive shame but the staff were very lovely and smiling. I don't agree with the reviews stating the staff were rude or gossiping. I imagine if anyone is complaining or disagreeing with staff then in that situation, staff have every right to discuss it between themselves. I do think if I was to have any suggestions it would be bigger portions, Especially with the mix starter for 2. And also include rice in the price with the curry dishes as rice is very cheap to cook and buy so to add £4 for a little plate ontop of the price for the curry is abit excesive in my opinion. The restaurant was beautiful and you can tell the staff are nice people. :) Me and my dad wish you nothing but success and hope this review is helpful. Xx
