Awful food considering it is part of a butchers and used to be great a few years ago! The food is just a pile of mess (fatty meat) thrown in a bap. I wouldn't bother try any of the other cafe's near by they are much better.

The food is amazing, however there is one lady with short black/brown hair who is incredibly rude and makes me not want to come back to the shop. She tutted when i ordered and when asking for my order again she muttered something under her breath. Such as shame as Butties is great food but she ruined my experience. The rest of the staff are great however there's a few occasions where this individual has ruined my experience with her unwelcoming demeanour

A great place to have breakfast or lunch. When I work in Lutterworth I often go and get bacon and egg bap or a full baguette. The prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious!

Seems new staff. Not great.The woman forgot my order because she was too interested in talking about someone’s kid to another staff member.Proceeds to put what I did. It want into baguette and had to tell her to stop.Puts the baguette upside down with beans, toms etc. Goes everywhere.

Love this place but I'm very disappointed that they've put the prices up a couple months ago and now decided to take a sausage away from the cobs. Told they were apparently always supposed to use 2 and they're losing money on Sausages! Not to mention they're now using different lower quality sausages - with a smaller bun!... A pack of Sausages costs £2 and you used to get 3 in a cob that cost £3, you're telling me there no profit in that?.. Taking ingredients away isn't going to gain you profit, you will lose it as you will in turn lose customers!

Amazing place. You have the choice of the butchers or hot food. I always go for breakfast. They are value for money, and it's packed when you get it. You won't be disappointed.
Came in the other day for a coffee I am homeless as I was cold I was very rudely told by a member of staff hopeYour paying for that I always pay forMy stuff and don’t expect to be spoken to like this it’s really upset me the staff member as deffo got no people skills she does not no how to speak to people her name is Chrissy

Fantastic place to grab something for breakfast or lunch, as I work in Lutterworth I often find myself popping in for a bacon and egg cob or a full monty baguette. The prices are very reasonable and the food very tasty!

Pricing is not clear. Bought a jacket potato twice this week, exactly the same filling (tuna/sweetcorn) , charged £3.40 one day and £4.20 the next, when I question it I was helpfully advised that I was charged incorrectly, well feel stupid for not working that one out for myself!!!
