Rugby Rd, LutterworthStarting with a warm and friendly welcome and ending with a warm and full tummy. Fantastic menu with actual pictures of the variety of food. Being able to read everything without my glasses and without feeling rushed was a big plus for me. Everything was cooked fresh to order in a spotlessly clean environment. Next time I'm driving by, I will definitely stop. Thanks guys, brunch was amazing and my cuppa tea was proper too!

The Crab and Cow
Main St, Leire, LutterworthOur first Sunday lunch here & it certainly wasn't disappointing.
Firstly we had drinks & then were seated at our table in a lovely cosy corner.
The food was delicious & were of generous portions.
The service was good & staff were all very friendly, we had a very enjoyable, relaxing Sunday 10/10

13 George St, LutterworthThere was a technical glitch on Just Eat and the resturant called to confirm the order details which is above and beyond compared to other takeouts! We've just received our order and it was delicous! We had a large chips and 2 battered sauages and it was a perfect portion of chips for us and the battered sausages were lovely pork and crispy. Will 100% be our regular chip shop from now on?

Bitteswell Rd, LutterworthI visited the Lutterworth Morrisons today and received truly exceptional service from Carol at the checkout. From the moment I approached her till the moment I left, she demonstrated exactly what outstanding customer care looks like.
Carol checked in with me thoughtfully, asking whether I had found everything I needed and whether I was interested in any of the current offers. Her approach was friendly, attentive, and completely customer‑focused.
During my checkout, an assistant manager stopped by to remind her about keeping Morrisons’ talking points front and centre. I reassured him immediately that there was no need for concern. Carol had already delivered exemplary service. She was patient and supportive while I tried to access the app despite the lack of signal in the store, never once making me feel rushed.
What impressed me most was her ability to tailor her service to each customer. The gentleman ahead of me was elderly, and she ensured he was fully supported and comfortable before moving on. That level of care speaks volumes about her professionalism and empathy.
Carol is a credit to the store. Her consistency, warmth, and best‑practice approach are qualities that should be recognised and replicated across the team. A massive well done to her!!! I look forward to seeing her again on my next big shop.

I would only criticise the portion size of a large chips, between me my wife and daughter I large chips is not enough, but everywhere seems to be doing the same these days.

Coventry Rd, LutterworthRecently moved to the area and discovered the Red Arrow by accident following a road diversion. Seemed rude not to pop in! Greeted by the incredibly friendly Lanta, and made to feel extremely welcome. Ordered the bbq chicken pizza, which arrived in record time and was delicious and clearly fresh, and an absolute bargain with a regular soft drink added for just 1p. Most importantly, the Guinness was excellent! Will definitely be adopting the pub as my new local!

Wife had the carvery, kids had burgers and I had the chicken milanese. All cooked well. Nice selection of wine and beer finished off with brownies and sticky toffee pudding. The ONLY reason that we have given it 4 stays instead of 5 is that they charge you for the little bags which you don't know unless you have your receipt or you add up your bill yourself before paying.

Still usually understaffed or at least the clearing of tables seems to be based on a random process rather than clearing away as soon as customer leaves, but again, so typical of most chain cafes nowadays.
There are plenty of independent cafes nearby but appreciate some people want the comfort of a familiar chain and for those people then this branch is better than other Costa outlets.

Garden Barn (The Barn at Cotesbach Limited)
Gardenbarn. Town End Farm. Cotesbach., Rugby Rd, LutterworthGood cafe that is quite close to where I live so if I want to have some nice cake and tea without having to go so far, this is my go-to place. Nice to sit at the outdoor space during warmer days. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Garden Barn also houses lots home and garden items so it’s lovely to have a good wander around the space if you have time to spare. Love the pastry selection too!

The White Hart
Rugby Rd, South Kilworth, LutterworthWonderful little unassuming pub. Beer was great, well kept the charnwood was excellent. I have to admit the burger, meat from the local butchers, was absolutely bloody delicious. Best I have had in ages and that includes upmarket places in new York and San Francisco. Worth going just for that and staying for a nice friendly pub with good beer.
