The shopping experience was generally good, fresh produce excellent. Spent £160. Wife said fancy a coffee? Every one of the trolley bays was full of cardboard boxes so nowhere to store shopping. Mentioned it to a cashier who just said " I know". Spoilt the experience

Lots of parking places. It was a store that I wasn't used to, so I found things were difficult to locate.I was served by a pleasant "actual checkout assistant" which was nice, as I never use "self serve checkouts".

Hadn't been to the cafe here for some years. We won't be rushing back. No hot food offer (it was about 2.50 pm). One assistant was trying to do everything. Most tables were messy and not cleared. No fizzy drinks except bottles. Tea OK. No coffees except black: 'if it (the machine) needs milk we haven't got any'. There was a special offer of cake and a hot drink for £3. But the Victoria Sponge cake piece that was left looked very unappetising. This Morrisons isn't what it used to be.

The Lutterworth Morrisons is OK, good parking, well situated, sells most things and the quality is ok. Staff are helpful and there are always enough tills going for the amount of customers. It doesn't sell anything too amazing, like all UK supermarkets it sells standard fare without straying too far from what the British public want. If average is your need then Morrisons will be absolutely fine.

Cannot recommend or praise this store enough! Excellent customer service with the most helpful and friendly staff. A joy to do my shopping. I live in Rugby and travel to Morrisons in Lutterworth over any of the supermarkets in Rugby. I would give 10 stars ? if I could!
I went there for the first time today on my morning break, they didn't have any freshly made up bagettes so I asked the guy who was stacking the sandwich fridge and he just said we are short staffed ain't got time to make em.I went to the deli counter and the assistant wasn't interested in serving she knew I was there but carried on putting out samosas (without gloves on) so I walked away .The staff are rude and abrupt and I won't be going back.
