I went to the Lutterworth branch. It was filthy and this was at 0830 food on the floor napkins all over the place. Tables looked as they just wiped to the floor. Not impressed. As for the breakfast menu items missing not even mentioned. When I asked about this, I was dismissed with no explanation. I find this very poor especially when we are in a supermarket that carries all the ingredients. Shockingly poor. I did go twice at the same time of day and on both occasions this happened. Very poor Morrisons!

Having just finished a 12 hour night shift I decided to go to Morrison's Lutterworth as I remember having a good cooked breakfast from there some years ago. Sadly standards have dropped. The breakfast looked fairly appetising however once I began to eat I realised that it was barely warm! I did mention this to the staff who were quick to replace it for another. Unfortunately it was no better but I was too hungry to say anything and just ate it. I have to say, I won't be back.The staff were very pleasant though. This was 8.30am in the morning so I expected everything to be fresh and hot but that was not the case. Disappointing.

Went there this morning (11/9_2022)family of 4 for breakfast. Can honestly say,it was the best breakfast I've had at any of your Morrison stores. Friendly catering staff,cooked quickly and well presented. Delicious.Thank you

Honestly worst meal me or my friend have ever paid for. My expectations weren't high but my god ? No clean tables to sit at, waited quite long for the food to arrive. Worst beef burger ever, cold soggy chips, upgrade to sweet potato fries but you get half as much, crusty mash potato and the steak pie was very small with very little filling. The only positive was the toilets being clean if you need somewhere to be sick. Yes it's cheap but definitely not cheerful. The staff are fine but look pretty demoralised and so would I be if I had to serve that.
Very tasty and excellent value for money. The veggie breakfast with avocado is deliciousFriendly staff as well, sometimes very busy especially on match days but deffo worth a try if you haven't already

Shocking, still taking money for food they’ve run out of. Offer an alternative but they didn’t even have that when they went and looked.Feel sorry for those behind the counter trying to do their jobs, when the management can’t even ensure they have sufficient stock. Won’t be wasting my time going there again… sorry Morrison’s ever since re-opening the cafe it’s gone seriously down hill!

Went here today for breakfast, food was ok but service was poor. Not very helpful at all! Didn't realise toast wasn't part of the ultimate breakfast but noticed the receipt said "No toast" , went to check and they said there is no toast with the meal, I asked why was no toast, they said it doesn't with toast! I asked why the receipt stated no toast if didn't actually come with toast anyway, we were told she had no idea, so I asked if we could substitute fried bread for toast and was told No, as it's already being prepared. 15 minutes later our food that was "already being prepared" arrived!! Not a massive issue but definitely not service with a smile and they'd only been open about 45 minutes, could be a long day!Won't be back, well travel a bit further to Cov or Hinckley instead. 3 stars on food service would be less that that.
