Very overpriced for how bad the quality of food is

Called to check my order as was too spicy for the children. The gentleman after speaking for a minute got ready to put the phone down and deal with another customer. The complaint is not about the food, it's about the poor customer service when I was trying to find out what happened and place another order.Have used them before without a problem, this is the first time I felt very offended by lack of consideration. Never again.

Always taste fresh. They deliver too. Staff is very polite and make the way you want and also do some adjustments if you want.Lovely that seating area is also open until 5pm.Vegetarian options: They got a lot of vegetarians options too.

Terrible service. Ordered for delivery and completely wrong order came. Called up and because the driver had gone they couldn’t do anything today but another day. The guy who I spoke to was rude and kept shouting down the phone saying no options but to collect, if I could have collected I would’ve to start with, no offer for a refund or even a partial refund either. Will be avoiding in the future.

Just about okay for the money. Luke warm breakfast sandwich, called mega melt which looked nice on the board above with two soft poached eggs over bacon and sausage. I watched him make mine and about to wrap it, I said where are the poached eggs, he said we don't have any just omelette!.. so it's not as advertised or a mega melt then, why wouldn't you tell me before I ordered instead of presuming that's okay, div.

Food was fine but customer service was awful.Asked the staff member for a meatball marinara and he apparently decided to ignore me and just toast bread with cheese, which was fine. When I tried to correct him he only put the sauce on with no meatballs? I don't know if it was just a miscommunication, which I would have been fine with if this man didn't sound actively annoyed like I had ruined his day when I asked for the actual meatballs, glaring at me. He then had to retoast my sandwich and it ended up burned. No offer of replacement and then they didn't tell me one of the salad options I picked would cost extra. Had to ask the guy for my receipt while he was walking away as well.I get that working in retail isn't fun but no need to be so blatantly unpleasant. The food itself was fine but the place needs new staff.

The venue has no steps and does have a ramp for those in wheelchairs. There is tables and chairs inside so you can eat in. The tables and chairs are also wiped down after each use. The food is handled with care and the employees were gloves for each sandwich. The employees are also very friendly an allow you to read the menu.

Just left. Customer service is seriously lacking here. I would have liked to have been given my receipt but wasn’t asked and she walked off before I got the chance to ask. I was the only customer in there at the time so not busy. Can’t understand the lack of service.
