Used to have a great experience. Now 1 hour 45 in waiting with terrible excuses and feedback after 2 phone calls. Then they put the phone down.

Really nice mixed kebab and pizza.

we had been coming here for years and years admittingly only a few times in a year as we live in rugby but it was so nice it was always worth the drive but not tonight , the doner was cold , curled up , hard and very dry in the kebab the salad consisted of mainly wet white cabbage , 1 slice of tomato and 1 chunk of cucumber, garlic mayo was watery not sure if that was from the water off the salad of the actual sauce use to be nice , they have changed the naan bread they are no long soft and fluffy they are stodgy and the middle is that hard from the lack of bread when it's been toasted you can't even snap it in half it's awful compared to the bread they used before , and the chips were terrible either over cooked or reheated they looked brown and horrible inedible such a shame always had good things to say about the food previously we wont be making that drive again to them.

We have been coming here regularly for 10 years now, since we were recommended by a friend. We normally have the Chicken Shish on a Nan bread, which comes with separate salad, and sauces, absolutely stunning.

Yet again an incomplete order. Ordered a chicken kabab deal which included a can of drink but also ordered an extra can. Also ordered some garlic bread- 4 french stick but only got 4 slices. This is not the first time they havent delivered a full order.I get its Friday and busy but its not good.

There was a slight issue with the menu, after calling they immediately sent out two more pizzas and explained that the cheese lovers pizza on the menu actually meant pineapple and mushrooms. The alternative cheese and tomato pizza was very good, as was the person who answered the phone and the delivery guy - five star customer service.

Had 2 items missing from my delivery, rang up to say just refund me the amount to which I got told, it will take them half an hour to process a refund When it actually takes about 20 seconds on a card machine, they won't bring the items out and when I order next time mention it for a discount! How about just refund what's owed and everyone is happy! Won't be using again, very very poor

First time Customer, but the food was cold, and stale, Customer service is non existent, there very rude and not very consistent, I heard this was once the best take away in Lutterworth but it has really gone down hill, won't be returning.

Wow, I can honestly say this is the worst meal I’ve ever had. My dog didn’t even want to eat it. The chips and nuggets were so soggy I could tell they had been sat most of the day and then warmed up in a microwave. The burger was just a piece of slop, I had a couple of bites and threw the rest. Feeling pretty sick just from that.

Great service. The calzone is full of ingredients and flavour. Should be a meal for 2

Awful food. Chicken wings ?, mixed kebab undercooked ?…… salad ? prob was the only edible thing. Delivery took an hour. Decent portion, best to get the fryer out and cook the meat yourself, and add some flavour to it too.

Two stars for delivery time, but food quality was terrible unfortunately, the mixed kebab was very gristly, the lamb Donner was not great quality all very, VERY greasy, soggy chips didn't eat any of them and a pepperoni pizza that was also excessively greasy, ever the crust had a shine to it, to top it off, they "scored" the pizza it wasn't cut and the toppings fells off because of this. Also the pizza sauce is very sweet and quite sickly tasting after half a pizza.Won't order again, you get what you pay for I suppose.

The best place to eat proper half pounder beef burger ? the meat contains low fat real beef, not full of spices like other burgers I tried elsewhere, the meat is juicy well cooked the sandwich is massive for only 5.50£ and hey if you like bread you will enjoy the toasted bun ? friendly staff, honestly go, try and remember my words ???
