Visited pre lockdown when shop was open. Did not seem clean so got my coffee elsewhere. It's empty before Covid for a reason.Update. Gave it another go in March 22 as the big coffee house was too busy and I didn't have time to wait.I didn't look very clean, but it was ok, better than what I saw on my last visit.Woman at till was rude and arrogant. She even raised her voice a little in an angry tone when she could not hear my order. I was loud enough and everyone else hears me first time. I said thanks and walked out. Never again.

I would DEFINITELY recommend chocolate Lovers, a small tub of chocolate gelato was about 2 pounds, but worth the money, I would recommend it a lot!

What a charming shop filled with tempting handmade chocolate delights! You can tell a lot of love and care goes into making this truly delicious & indulgent range!! The tastes are authentic and I personally now have too many favourite flavours (I adore Creme Brulee, Salted Butter Caramel & Cointreau). There really is something for every taste and occasion. Best of all you can taste the quality in each bite!!On my 2nd visit I met the lovely owner of this fab local business and you can tell she enjoys what she does. So I say to all chocolate lovers: "do yourself a favour and try the 'Chocolate Lovers' range!"

Lovely cosy chocolate shop located on the high-street in Market Harborough. A lovely warm welcome upon arrival as always. Never really been a massive chocolate eater but the chocolate from here has hooked me. Most days I will make sure I stop by and grab one of the amazing hot chocolates that they do, its incredible, they give you a choice of 5 different flavours ranging from white, dark, milk and even ruby red. These hot chocolates are also accompanied by an amazing truffle of choice, the Lotus Biscoff cup that they do is mouth-wateringly tasty.

Place is always beautifully maintained and cosy. Always enjoyed my mocha and buying chocolates for my family from this place. We have been costumers from the time it opened and have been supporting it ever since. Miss it when it is closed for lockown.
Delicious hot chocolate, maybe the tastiest in Harborough. There is an added bonus of getting a free chocolate of your choice too! Nice friendly service.

I walked passed the shop and its colourful yummy looking macaroons stole my attention. I just had to have a look. The two staff members were absolutely lovely and very patient while I chose what chocolates and macaroons I wanted. Their chocolates are laid out beautifully and there is one for everyone. Caramel, coffee, nutty and even Baileys chocolate. The macaroons are the same. They are also fresh and chewy and absolutely scrumptious! They serve other things such as coffee, milkshakes and icecream.They packaged their products with care and I know they pride themselves in quality.I highly recommend any of their macaroons and will surely go there again!

Wow, wow, wow. Had a little hiccup with our order and ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond to make sure our experience and our Valentine's Day went brilliantly. We were sent here on a recommendation as they always had such a great experience, and if this is how well and quick they fix when it doesn't go so well, I can almost guarantee you're going to have an amazing experience. Thank you so much. The chocolates are some of the best we've ever had and you have been so wonderful on the phone and via email. Absolutely recommended.

Some of the best vegan chocolates I have ever tasted! Such a lovely atmosphere in the shop and a wide range of chocolates - I always buy a box to give as a gift. Especially good if you have allergies like myself, they have vegan and gluten free options and the hot chocolates are heavenly! The hazelnut pralines are my favourite... better than any vegan choc I buy from a supermarket!! Can't wait to come back :)
