I went last night for my first meal at Everest and it was great! The service was great, the atmosphere was great (relaxed) and the food was delicious. Cannot fault the restaurant on any aspect. 5/5.Will be coming back for sure!

Don’t bother! Booked a table last night for 6, all confirmed on the phone. Got there tonight and they had the cheek to query the number we booked on. Weren’t willing to accommodate or admit their error so we went down the road. Shocking service.

I booked the table online. Was easy to book. Our first visit at Everest Lounge at Loughborough. The food was absolutely delicious. My vegetarian meal was superb. Our friend is vegan and she said its the best vegan food she's had. My husband had Dharane Pork Sekuwa which he said was delicious. The service was faultless. Very attentive and friendly & polite staff. We have already arranged another night out at Everest Lounge Loughborough and we are recommending it to friends & family.
Couldn't have asked for more on our visit. Food was amazing, the service was great and the atmosphere was spot on. Very pleased and will certainly be going back.

Food was good but the rose wine we had was full of bits in the bottle and when poured in the glass looked like limescale and black bits, we told the staff and they tried to say it was normal and was no apology or anything which is a shame as ruined a good meal. Would defo just stick to avatar from now on.

An absolutely shocking experience, which ended in me being escorted from the premises by the police, owing to the ineptitude of a manager who could not see the error of their ways.Obviously the delivery driver had helped himself to our food, and when I went to simply ask for a refund or reimbursement of food, I was told that margins are tight, and so the police were called!! I still cannot quite believe what we have been through this evening.It was our first time, and last time. If you don't want a criminal record, stay clear.
