When into greggs this morning 7/6/22 for some lovely breakfast, which ended up ruining my morning and my partners, I had gone in and asked for a bacon and egg bap, a breakfast baguette with egg and a sausage roll, I was being served by a trainee, he first made a egg bap and then proceeded to make some other type of bap, when he passed me the egg bap I said “is that with bacon?” I excused the first mistake because he was training, then when I re told him why my order was, we made the bacon and egg bap, and then went on to make a Egg baguette and I said to him as he was making “ that with sausage and bacon, yes?” And he looked at me and said “ no. You wanted egg.” again I repeated my order “I said I would like a bacons and egg bap, and a breakfast baguette with egg” he then proceeded to become ruder than he was already being “ you want egg with sausage and bacon?” He replied with disgust on his face, I couldn’t believe he was being so rude, another member of staff came to help him and I agin reputed my order and then both faced away from me and started talking and he started shaking his head, and then proceeded to throw my food at me, I was not happy at all!!! I wouldn’t have been bothered if he hadn’t had been so rude to me.

Hi I work at Wilkinson and I went to Greggs yesturday and the young gentlemen that served with was brilliant and outstanding and he gave a service with a smile would definitely recommended Greg's market Yarborough and will be going again
Me and my partner went here after some shopping. We ordered a few things and our server was struggling to complete our order (Server: Emily Trainee). She almost forgot our pizza and did forget our hot chocolate, which we had paid for. We only realised this back in the car. If this wasn’t a greggs, and the food we did get was amazing. This would be rated 1 star.

Only go here if you have plenty of time on your hands, if your on your lunch break forget it. Even before covid the que was terrible, mainly caused by nothing being ready & staff seemingly undertrained. The ‘service’ is also terrible here, they even started serving the next person before i had gone. I only purchased the ready packed sausage rolls but it took over 20 minutes out my lunch hour! Luckily there is a costa across the street.

Honestly the foods nice but I'm sick of going their and they never have food out fully always got to wait. Even walking passed theirs nothing but like 1 item per tray usually.
