I do not have enough superlatives to say how amazing Kimm's macarons are. I've been dreaming of these for nearly 4 years, after getting engaged in early 2018 and finally having our wedding reception in late 2021. Kimm made the most incredible macaron tower for our wedding - both stunning and absolutely delicious. We 've had so many comments from guests saying what a highlight it was. The only bad part is trying to pick which flavours to choose!!

Lovely day with a delicious lunch, great company and conversation from Kimm and of course, her expert instructions on marcaron-making. We could hardly believe we were capable of making these from scratch, let alone take 2 dozens of professional-quality sweet treats home for friends and family to enjoy!! Highly-recommended for anyone who is interested in patisserie or baking- or just want to have a different experience learning a new skill!
