Absolutely brilliant night for my birthday at the Shagorika. For a night out on a tight budget, you really couldn't do better. The byob is a brilliant concept too. A 3 course meal for 2 with 2 bottles of merlot (brought from home) was under £60...a welcome bonus in January ?

Since moving to Market Harborough we've eaten at the Shagorika many times and it's always delivered. Last night we asked them for something special and it turned out to be one of the best meals we 've ever had. 2 slow roast tandoori chickens with amazing curried seasonal vegetables. Everything was perfect! Only downside is the family will always expect this from now on! This is something that had to be pre-ordered, but everything you can get from the main menu is knockout so you will never be dissapointed.

Honest review..Table booked 7.40 and seated within 3 mins so all good .Food was fine and well presented good portion size. Too .45 mins after stater finished the mains came out .. in between this, there was no tableservice for drinks at all, which I feel was a little poor, there seems to be more takeaways coming past the table, going out the door than there was feeding the tables., the couple on the table next to us also waited a long time for their mains with little table service .I think for me, it’s a fine line, where you want to look after the people in your restaurant or l do you want to be a takeaway?.. there was definitely more food going out the door than than coming to the tables..No complaints with food or price .. just be nice if the service was better .Would I come back ? Yes would try againClive
First time dining in and was not disappointed. We chose the set meal for two which was great value plus enough choice so we could share - the food was absolutely delicious! Service great too, very friendly staff who were happy to help. Would highly recommend A+++

We've eaten at several Indian restaurants in Market Harborough, the experience at Shagorika was by far the best. Both of us had chicken dishes, which were tender, tasty and perfectly spiced. Service from Munir and his team was exemplary. After such a great meal, we were pleased that such exceptional quality came at a very reasonable price. We will be back and would recommend Shagorika to anyone looking for a quality meal in the area.

We've just been in for dinner.We haven't been to Market Harborough in over 4 years. The last time we came we had dinner here. We were visiting our friend and asked to come here for dinner again.They never let us down. The food was amazing as always and the guys that work there work hard to make your experience enjoyable.It was quiet but I guess it was early in the evening.We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
