Don't remember the server's name but he assembled and packaged my order so poorly that half of the footlong sandwich I ordered had slipped out of it's wrapping and splatted all over the floor and my clothing. The incompetent employee had a smug look on his face the entire time and his vengeful expression was extremely confusing as I was a first time customer, I don't really understand what his issue was. I was gracious as to not demand for a compensation however when I gave him feedback on improving his assembly technique as I was leaving, he instead decided to blame me by saying my order was too complex? What about a meatball marinara with 2 sauces, lettuce, olives and onion is complicated to you??? Worst experience ever and will not be coming back here. That employee ought to be sacked ASAP.

I have never left a negative review before but my experience was so bad, I wish to warn others. Last week I ordered lunch from Subway Market Harborough through a takeaway app. The order was confirmed by the restaurant and I was told my food would arrive within 30 minutes. After 45 minutes my food still hadn’t arrived despite the app saying it had. I figured they were just running late, so I waited. After an hour and a half I was really hungry and wondering where my food was. I rang the restaurant asking if I could please have an update on my order. I spoke with two staff members who were very rude- the second starting accusing me of faking my order in a condescending voice. After proving to her that I had in-fact ordered from her branch and pre-payed, they suddenly ‘found’ it and told me it was already on the way and the delivery driver was less than 5 minutes away from my home. I thanked the worker only to have them rudely hang up the phone without any apology. 30 minutes later, the food still hadn’t arrived. I figured the worker had lied to me so I cancelled my order. About 10 minutes after cancelling, to my surprise the food finally arrived - over 2 hours since my initial order- however the food was not only cold, but not what I’d ordered. This instance was the second time I’ve ordered from Subway Market Harborough. The first time (a few months ago), they cancelled my order -one hour after I’d ordered it- stating they were “too busy”. I should have known not to order from this place again. I’m astounded by the lack of customer service and was left feeling very disappointed with my experience. I would encourage anybody who is craving a Subway to visit the store in Lutterworth instead, where I’ve found the staff are polite and friendly. Whenever I have ordered from Lutterworth, my food arrives early and the order is correct.

Just had a delivery from Market Harborough Subway ordered foot long meatball on Just-Eat it arrived cold. The meatballs were cold all the way to the centre as if they hadn't been cooked. In fact so cold the salad was warmer..! The nacho's had only a sprinkling of cheese and teaspoon of salsa on them. Absolutely Shocking service can't even ring shop to complain..!
