Used to love visiting here for breakfast, but after yesterday’s experience we won’t return. Orders no longer taken at table with a long queue to the single ordering point. Food no longer cooked to order…. Orders were coming out fast, so clearly being kept ‘warm’, although it was barely warm, dry and tough (so had been sat around under a heat lamp or some such). Disappointed and would no longer recommend.

Great range of garden and house plants. Professionally merchandised - the best I have seen in any garden centre on earth.Lady with blonde hair in plant section really really knows her stuff about plants. If you are struggling to know what to buy, then definitely speak with her.Cat section is also recommended if you like cats.

I am APALLED that Garden centre CAFE allow DOGS in while people are eating. I stopped going in there for a meal as the last time a DOG on a lead ran out as I was going to pass and I nearly Tripped over. The two women said sorry but she wouldn't hurt me. I now hear that a DOG SAT ON A CHAIR with its head on the table, a waitress took a dog bowl of water !!!!!!! and carried on serving. THERE HAS TO BE A SIGN OUTSIDE THE CAFE , DOGS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CAFE. Its a Health and Safety CASE, Management be warned.

First visit there today using some gift vouchers I received for Christmas so decided go go for a breakfast.Got there at 10 am and a lot of people arriving in cars.Got in a queue with about 50 people in it.People were coming in and phoning their friends and joining them further up the queue, some were a family with a child in a pushchair.Very unfair queuing system.Go to the front of the queue to get a table and they had all gone.Was offered settee but refused as didn’t fancy eating a breakfast sitting down.Once you get in there and get a table then you have to get in another queue to get a drink.Very disappointed.

Always a pleasure to go to Langton's. Friendly and polite staff both in the center and the cafe. Good is always beautiful and has a lovely fish tank which is nice and tranquil when you sit near there.Plenty of choice of beautiful plants,toys, clothes and jewellery. Also a lovely small and quaint fish shop, where the gentleman is very helpful and polite..
