Ok cafe which is part of the QD discount store. Food and drinks are ok and reasonably priced and plenty of seating in a reasonably pleasant environment. Only issue is that service at the counter can be very slow at busy times.

We came on Saturday to have some brunch and i requested the girl on the counter if I can substitute the egg for mushrooms if it wasn't too much troubleShe went to ask and the response was "yeah well do it but better not have any more substitutions" this response was rather rudeI told her this was the only substitute and was happy to pay if needed to which she said that's fineThe ladies in the kitchen then started talking loudly sayingWhy order this breakfast if people substitute and other places charge for this etcWe were in a rush so didn't complain but the comments were uncalled for and clearly the ladies in the kitchen wanted us to hear thisIt was completely uncalled for and as much as we like the breakfast here we won't be returning given its such a big deal to substitute egg for mushroomsIt took longer than usual for our order to come out and the beans were Cold

We're here in the Smile Cafe. Car Park on side, cafe within a bigger shop. Nice and clean inside with plenty of space. Late breakfast as on route to Grantham. Real sausage here. Price, just 20p over the tenner.Would use again.

Sat in QD Cafe Smile with a hot chocolate & bacon sandwich ?.Very nice ?The service was excellent from point of order to the food arriving.I have to say how I impressed I am with the way the team are working - everyone supporting each other and smiling ?Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff - little one (2year old ish) having a wonder about with his mum ?Parking: ExcellentWheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking - gentle wide ramp - big automatic doors - one level inside QD - wide walkways in QD and Cafe Smile ?

Extremely rude and condescending staff member Chris treats customers with complete disrespect when they enquire about a menu, discusses customers looks and comments negatively if she doesn't like what they see, mentioned to manager and over heard said Chris and manager giggling at the complaint, absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff members, I would advise you stay away

Old lady that works here is very rude. Even the younger staff felt uncomfortable with how rude she was at our table as she just laughed awkwardly. Twice we’ve been here now and got rudeness. There’s no need for it. You’re supposed to take orders of what people want and not complain about it. And not to mention the rest.
I meet up with friends every Wednesday and the staff are just lovely believe me if the were not we would not keep returning week after week, cafe smile is so clean and the food is good too

The best scampi I've ever had, succulent and juicy and not overcooked. Loved the chips too. My friend had the tuna melt which she loved and I will highly recommend this cafe and will be going back again. Well done to all the staff.

First time in QD Cafe & very impressed ? Order was taken quickly & smoothly - Good start ? My Hot chocolate was passed to me at the point of order with my tray cutlery, napkins & condiments. Within a short period of time my food arrived - Have to say excellent ? Staff were friendly - place was clean & warm …… Will definitely be going back again ?

Ordered egg and toast. Waited for ages. After about nearly an hour it finally came. The lady laughed and said the toast had burnt and they had do more. I said I loved burnt toast, but hey, at least I had got my breakfast. The toast was barely brown and the eggs were solid. I mean like rocks. Really disappointed. Especially as there was hardly anyone there and all the staff (3) were having a lovely time laughing and enjoying themselves behind the counter. Like I said, really disappointing.
