Over priced for what you get. Popped in while I was waiting for an appointment as I had time to kill. Cold seating area, for some reason they kept the door open to the storage / kitchen area next to the toilet, and dirty tables. Staff seemed confused when placing orders as well. Won't be going again.

Looks like the whole place needs a deep clean or refurbishment. Really grubby and not particularly pleasant to sit in. The cakes on display looked like they'd been there for weeks and had been thrown onto the display. They were upside down, broken, awful. The place was practically empty which doesn't suprise me. The coffee was good though and piping hot. Think they need to up their game to compete in the overcrowded cafe seen in Melton.

I visited Radcliffe on Trent Costa Coffee today. Whilst queuing I observed a severely disabled man trying to order a coffee for himself and his disabled wife. The serving staff ignored him. He was unable to stand in the waiting queue but returned three times trying to place his order. The staff were aware of his predicament but when I questioned them had not sought to process his order. Eventually after 30 minutes he gave up and left. This was very poor and inexcusable service. I shall be hestitant to return to this shop because of their poor staff service to this disabled couple.
