Very slow service long queues took 20 mins to get served only one person serving despite other staff messing about behind counter more attention was with the uber drivers .lots of people walking out.We had some hot drinks but were luke warm .I dont think ill bother again .

Again. No food ready at lunch. No soup, ever, no sausage rolls, no pizza slices.Melton store is run by amateurs. By far the worst I've ever been in. Not that I'm a big fan anyway, but come on, how is it that you can't be set up for lunch, when it's literally the job?

Food was fine but the eat in part was so untidy. Rubbish everywhere and no clean tables. Not enough capable staff

Long queue out the shop. Mainly because the staff are sooooo slow serving, and they keep coming off serving to take items off the drink and sandwich display... guessing for deliveroo/Uber eats orders etc. how can it be so slow with 4 members of staff . Now down to two staff members. One serving and one doing the collections!!!Got served and the queue is still to the doors

Popped into this Greggs at Melton Mowbray market place for a cuppa and refreshments. We decided to sit in and purchased a cheese and ham toasty and a sos roll with teas. We payed the extra to sit inside and decided to then purchase a couple of cakes to eat before we left. To my amazement we had to pay the sit in price’s once again even thou we had already paid. The assistant looked a bit confused when I said we were already sitting in the shop. Then what looks like the manager came and was quite sharp answering we have eat in prices and take away prices which I thought a little petty. I almost told them to keep them but didn’t want to create a fuss. I will certainly be passing this information on to my friends and not be sitting in Greggs ever again !

Walked in and walked out again!! 3.45pm and not busy but the vacant tables ( quite a few of them) were filthy, covered in empty cups , wrappers and food. And the floor was disgusting too, and food bits all over. To me totally unhygienic
