Rough round the edges, not the best one to visit sadly. Food was fresh and lovely, staff are harrised by customers over Peelles and also no control over who jumps into the queue at times.

I would say mcd's are mostly the same, but to be fair, this one we stopped at was an exception. The food was fresh and warm, which is good for a fast food place, did not have to wait long, and would go back again in passing. I had to clean the table myself, but it was not an issue.

I went there on Wednesday 16th August between 2:30 -3 pm.I have ordered 3 mini McFlurry at the speaker but he typed 3 big.When I went to screen,told him I want mini ones.he changed that for me and asked me to go to next window.I didn’t believe my eyes.There were two person ,one lady and one gentleman,to be honest I can’t say gentleman.They already prepared the big McFlurry and they have been scooping icecream to little pot and nagging that it’s wasting it.the girl said I will eat it.and just seeing that was disgusting.I am sure if it wasn’t next to window they will lick the spoon first.?They scooped it from big pot to little one,put dirty spoon on top and gave it to me.There should be person to look what their staff doing.Just disgusting behaviour and customer service.

Not the biggest I have been to but staff very helpful and food hot and fresh. Service nice and quick. Will go again when in area.

Went drive through. Had to park up to wait for food then when it came burgers were cold but had a baby that needed changing so didn't go I to complain. Won't be going there again and I recommend no 1 else does. Would not give it a 1star bit but won't let me post otherwise

Went through drive-thru but no one assisted us so went to park and order inside. Then the machine did not give us a receipt or order number so had to speak to them to explain the situation. They didn't put a toy in my daughter's happy meal and she was very disappointed

Ordered 6 breakfasts to be delivered, only 5 arrived.rang McDonald's who said they would send the missing item. 55 minutes later still no item, rang again and they said they were waiting for the Uber driver. 4 hours later still no delivery and not really expecting it now. Shocking customer service.

1st time using app to order. Must say for a pensioner! Wasn't to bad. And the breakfast was pretty good

Over 120 1 star reviews says it all.Used to be very good here, now don't seem to be able to cope when moderately busy, very slow, food luke warm, staff uninterested.Spent over £20 and they want you to pay for extra sweet n sour sauce ?obviously Ronald the clown is taking a more active role in the running of McDonald's
Food was fine. Not the best Maccies I've had, not the worst either (the Coke I had was a bit flat though).I did have to wait for nearly 20 minutes for my meal despite the store seeming relatively calm and seeing other people ordering and receiving the same meal as myself quicker despite order after. I can only imagine my order was forgotten for a while.

Not the best McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to. Car park not that big and only fits a small amount of cars. Almost every time we go, they get our order wrong. Toilets and facilities are not that bad, though., but overall not that good.

I was upset when i got my mini mcflurry and there was barely any toppings i think you should be able to pay for extra toppings !!Dietary restrictions: Not enough toppings on my mcflurry

Good quality food, friendly staff, clean place. When you order your meals through the McDonald's app it is being brought to you promptly. Highly recommended!Parking: Parking places are insufficient. During peak hours, it's hard to find a space.
