Me & the mrs took a crowd of us there in December, first time we had been. Food was good, place was clean & nice service. The place was busy. Would go there again & try some different dishes. The prices are reasonable. Parking across the road is free after around 6

We’ve just returned from many years of living in Italy and were a little apprehensive when someone suggested that we try Bellini in Melton. Our experience of Italian restaurants in the U.K. hasn’t great in the last year. Rarely are they are authentic and usually the dishes are not created with true Italian ingredients. Bellini was a pleasant surprise. We were a party of 7 and had booked to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were not disappointed. Everyone choose something different and so there was a wide selection. The whole group enjoyed their meal. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The sauces tasty. The steak was high quality and the fish nicely served. Staff were attentive, polite and knew what they were doing. We were not rushed but it was efficient. This is definitely going to become a regular haunt for us now that we’ve discovered it. Thank you team for a lovely meal. See you again soon.

Excellent Italian restaurant - the highlight of our trip to Melton. The monkfish was particularly delicious. Service was excellent i.e. efficient and friendly without being intrusive. I would certainly recommend.

Their lunchtime special menu is simply fantastic value. On a damp Wednesday we found ourselves nearby, and were surprised to find virtually every table taken. A happy, friendly atmosphere, and a delicious simple plate of food and a soft drink for under £11. Amazing value. Read a few of the reviews - lots of people have found the place virtually full. There's a reason for that, and I imagine those in the know come back time and time again. Bravo Bellini.

?WHAT A LOVELY RESTAURANT?I booked a birthday meal here for 9 people and I was very pleased with the outcome.-The communication with the staff was great and very responsive.Pre ordering was needed, due to the size of the party (via email and phone).- We spoken to them about decorating the table, the night before the meal.The decorations were outsourced, the table was all dressed up for us and the price was added to the bill at less than £10. It was very reasonable.-A pre made cake, by ourselves was dropped off the night before. They kindly brought it to the table after we had our main courses. Candles were lit and they were singing happy birthday.- The food served was very tasty and good quality. Nobody on the table had any complaints.- The price was very reasonable too.-The only 1 minor downfall I had was that the birthday was a surprise.We pre booked food for everyone, other than who the birthday was for.When the food came out, we had to order the food for the birthday guest (as this was forgotten).This was also partially my fault for not remembering (I cannot hold the staff at the restaurant fully responsible for this).The food for the birthday guest came out sharply and was remedied nicely. (5 stars for service would have been given otherwise).All in all, I would highly recommend restaurant Bellini to anyone. They have the customers hearts at mind and nothing is too much for them. ?????Vegetarian options: They also cater for vegans too. Even though their menu does not state this.Parking: Council and private owned carpark, less than a minute walk away. Parks more than 100cars. The council carpark is free during certain hours.Kid-friendliness: We had two children. A 4 and 5 year old.

The place was almost full on a Tuesday lunchtime, which not many restaurants can boast. The lunchtime pasta specials were clearly popular though we went a la carte. Beautifully prepared garlic king prawns were an excellent starter. I had spicy pasta for main but regretted not following the rest of the table with a fish dish. It was terrific according to my much travelled friends. I will definitely return

Monday night meal for 6 friends and the restaurant was nearly full! We dine here regularly and they really look after you with excellent service, good meals and wine at good prices. A bottle of Monte for less than £20. If you want good food, a bit of a buzzy Italian feel and good value then this is for you.
On a wet October Monday evening in Melton Mowbray, to be honest, we didn’t have high expectations of finding a superb restaurant. Yet we were wrong - we found Bellinis - and it was excellent. Very attractive layout; extremely welcoming and helpful staff; a comprehensive menu catering for every different person’s expectation of “Italian cuisine”; speedy service; a very reasonable price; and - unusual for a good Italian restaurant - open on Mondays. Would definitely recommend.

Bellini used to be our no. 1 goto restaurant in Melton because of the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Then for one reason or another we drifted away. Recently we've eaten here again, as a couple and also with our family, including grandchildren. It's been a revelation as nothing has changed other than a few staff members. The food is, as it ever was, high quality Italian, with some of the freshest seafood we've tasted in a long time. The whole place runs like clockwork, from hard-working and talented chefs to on the ball waiting staff managed superbly and with a smile. I would recommend Bellini to anyone who enjoys very good Italian food at a reasonable price. I can't wait for my next visit!

THE best Italian I have been to in a long time! Came here half a dozen times over from the Premier Inn across 2 weeks and service is always friendly, attentive, and polite. Each time I went I got a completely unique 3-course meal and no meal has even come close to disappointing me. All well presented, and a delight to polish off. Pricing is extremely reasonable too for the quality of food you get (can comfortably get 3-courses in for under £30). Couldn't recommend more!
