“I've been here a few times and always had great service and left 5*s plenty of timesHowever, this time it's a 4*,There were 3 members of staff working, there was a bit of a queue and it seemed that there was a panic.Not that I've worked at subway but the 1st member of staff would ask what u would like while the 2nd member of staff would be sorting the salad/topics with another customer and the 3rd member of staff would be taking the payment from who's already been servedIt was a bit free for all....”
