You don't get "fast food" and expect the best dinner ever. But this was very sub par. Clean enough. But the wife didn't bother finishing her sandwich. ?

Rang five times to try adjust my order due to not being able to do so on Uber eats and they wouldn’t pick up even though every time I’ve gone in the staff have just been stood around waiting for customers

The place itself is clean and well maintained and the sandwiches are always tasty. Service can be a bit slow at times but overall a nice place for a small meal.

Good service but couldn't eat in coz it was close for dine in
just started bmc and have been twice to subway for lunch. the lady who served at lunch time is very lovely!! she’s smiling, she laughed with us and she served us great food. she was lovely, we will be coming again x

Not great. Went in to get coffee's. The coffee machine was broken. We waited in the queue for this information. Putting up a sign to inform customers would have been much better.

Today I paid for an "all meat baguette". I Was warned by team leader that no meatballs were available as were sold out due to a busy day.I asked still for the rest of ingredients to be added and asked kindly for the meatballs to be replaced with something else : chicken.The team leader insisted to charge extra chicken on the top of the full priced baguette that was missing other ingredients..I didn't want to argue any further because I was with good friends..very poor customer care and lack of flexibility really.. sad...
