Don’t expect to get the meal you see on their website you won’t. Picture on the left is the meal I received, the meal on the right is what I thought I would get, disappointed isn’t even near to what I thought.

Been here a few times. It is what it is and does the job of a reasonably priced family eatery pretty well. However, that means it isn't the place to go for a quiet meal unless you pick your times. Staff all friendly enough and ordering through the Greene King app works well and service prompt.Kid-friendliness: Yes, it's kid feiwndly - Hungry Horses prime reason for existing.

Great service by a lovely young lady called Abbey. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and allergies. Definitely service with a smile. Our food came out quickly and was nice and hot and there was plenty of it. We'll definitely be back again :)

Poor selection of real ales (just one weak beer). Food was good, but plates nor glasses cleared between courses. Much better places to eat in the town centre.

Always come here every Friday and the care and attention certain staff members show us never fails to make our day. Has been our local for years but something as simple as a VERY hot coffee, whilst not exactly a big deal in terms of profit for the pub, means a lot to me. Tracey, Sharon and especially Abbi always take the time to make me feel like I'm not being a nuisance and go the extra mile to give me what I like. Not a drinker so the weekly coffees always go down well. Keep up the good work team Welby !! Julie.

We love it at the welby. We always get great service from all the staff including Abbey, Ellie, George , Tracey and Sharon. The food is great value for money so by the time we are done we are all stuffed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
