Please keep driving past. Cheap but not cheerful. Noisy beyond belief. Terrible road noise and a music blaring downstairs til 2am. Dirty room and shower. Please, pay a little extra and find somewhere else.

Very dirty, our room door couldn't lock, you could just push it open. No service at all and the charge you for that!

Booked through work by looking on booking.com and the picture I was sent of what the outside was supposed to look like reassured me my trip would be a good one…… oh how I was wrong I arrived after finishing work that day and was met with a shabby looking building, my room with a TV with exposed wires, no heating but a little tiny heater and the sheets on the bed absolutely filthy resulting in me finding somewhere else to go as I could not stay here. DO NOT!!! Stay in this hotel it is not worth the money or the disappointment, should be shut down if you ask me utterly disgusting!!!

The mentally disabled owners made me feel very unwelcome. I understand they both have significant learning difficulties but to treat guests badly was insufferable. Bizarre hotel claiming to be Italian yet both plucked eyebrow men are as Italian as a council estate pizza shop.

Creepy guys who run this place. We felt very uncomfortable there, this place is worth 10-20 pounds a night at best. It is a hostel and looks like a hostel from the outside. I will not even let my dog stay there.

At the end of the day people who are slating this hotel obviously expect too much, it’s the cheapest hotel in Nuneaton for a reason. It doesn’t have the space and cleanliness you would expect in a larger hotel chain but that’s why it’s only 40 pound a night. If you want a cheap place to stay for a night or 2 and aren’t going to be in the room that much then this is definitely a good option, good location and fairly clean. It is a bit tight for space but again that’s why it’s much cheaper than those other chain hotels which are double the price

Very bad. Very rude. Not decent. Error with date, arrived in the rain and they refused to let us stay for the night we paid for. The owner slammed the phone on me. Then saw men undressing themselves by the window. Not safe.

Horrible experience, booked in to spend a night with my girlfriend, and 1st of all they did not have our room ready when we got there (3hrs after check inn time) then they made us wait in the staff room untill they get it done for us. Once on the room the hot water shower was not working at all.I complained about it and been told that the manager will be in touch with me and i will be compensated, i am still waiting for that call.I would suggsest to avoid this place.

Stayed here to attend The Rammstein gig in Coventry which was a 15 min drive away. The pictures make it look like you are staying above an Italian restaurant…. The restaurant itself looks pretty derelict! No car park. There is free street parking in the roads opposite & behind. As long as you can reverse park you’ll find a space. Anyhoo it wasn’t as bad as I first thought on arrival. I had to call the phone number on the door to gain access in to the building, find my room & the key in a little key safe outside the room. Our room was room 3 which was a triple room. 1 double bed & 1 single. The room itself was quite compact but contained a desk, tea & coffee facilities & a television. The bathroom was clean just very small but my 6ft 14 time partner managed fine. Shower was quite small but worked well enough to get a hot shower. Beds were clean & comfortable. Heard no noise through the night as it’s a quiet area. Cleaning staff were lovely & friendly. No idea about breakfast… but cafes, Wetherspoons, greggs etc are a 15 min walk away. Overall it’s a basic budget place but it did the job & I would stay there again. To stay anywhere near the arena would have cost me at least £100 more.

I’m actually stunned… hands down, the worst place I’ve ever stayed. So, bring from Yorkshire, I like a bargain and stumbled across this fun looking hotel on booking.com cheap and cheerful! We arrived and instantly, our hearts sank. The colourful exterior shown on the booking website had crumbled away, the rendering had vanished and signs and window stickers were peeling off. We got to the door of the now abandoned Italian restaurant and saw piles of letters stacked behind the door and a hand written note asking guests to call for access. We called, given the code and made our way up 2 flights of stairs to our attic room. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with the smell of damp, it was so bad, I began gipping. We opened the window and explored the room. The bathroom was awful. The sink had come away from the wall and it was minuscule. The room was pretty big with three single beds! The beds ?? they were all on wheels and non of us woke up in the same place we fell asleep. It seems we’d been playing bed dodgems in our sleep. I drew the short straw and got the bed under a sinister looking loft hatch, right next to a door Rigby would be proud of! The free Wi-Fi didn’t work, the tv wasn’t connected and weren’t able to watch anything other than YouTube. The radiator had been removed but they hadn’t decorated after it’s removal and there were stains on the wall! Woke this morning with 7 bites on my chest and shoulders! What an absolute dive! Don’t book here, spend a little extra and save yourself!

I stayed here in 27th and 28th May whilst down for my brothers wedding the both rooms we stayed in were dirty there was weed residue in the bedside draw and all you could smell walking in to the hotel was weed I had my 5 year old and 2 year old son with me there was also damp in my room and a big hole behind the headboard of my bed and my mams room wasn't any better

Average hotel above closed restaurant. You have to phone and get a code to enter. I slept well

This has got to be the worst hotel ever, i have a 3 week old baby, there was NO central heating in the room and it was absolutley freezing, they did have an oil filled radiator that was useless, the bathroom was like a little box room, they shoved me in a room upstairs where it was difficult to get to with a baby, it was reasonably clean, save your money and book somewhere decent
