I don't know how people can write a bad review about this place! The food is a 100/10. Always fresh & warm food, very nice staff, never had issues with the delivery or with the food. BEST kebab and pizza ever!!Thank you Flames!

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I'm completely disgusted at food I received! I ordered a lamb doner kebab, when I opened it the only way I could describe the smell is 'like a farm'! I don't know whether it was old or just made in a dirty kitchen, but no food should smell like that! I don't think I've ever had food that was completely inedible! If I could give you zero stars I would! Completely disgusted and disappointed

Food always arrives within 30 mins cheaper than mcdonalds and taste just as good for the burgers. Kebabs also v nice

I have never in 20 years of ordering food from takeaways been so disgusted with an order ! Amongst other items i ordered a cheeseburgerI wrongly assumed that it would come with salad and sauce..... but no, what i received was a £1.25 fake Rustlers burger done in a microwave.No salad, no sauce, a bun with a 10p burger and if there was cheese on it then it was absorbed within the bun.Tasted disgusting and was thrown away after 3 bites as was far too dry .When did burger shops stop putting salad on a burger !!No ketchup, no onions, no nothing.Wont use these ever again.

Flames is one of the go to kebab and pizza place in syston and serves some of the best food the parking is great you can pay with cash you can get it delivered it has options for all the family and does a kids meal deal for just £5 which gets you pizza drink and fries.Vegetarian options: There is many vegetarian options available.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendlyParking: There is a public car park nearby it is short stay plenty of spots.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.Dietary restrictions: Just let the staff know of your dietary requirements and they will help you out

Honestly, One of the best takeaways in Leicester. I’ve been trying takeaways for the last 10 years and flames was the most authentic one. Especially chicken shish was banging!!!! Highly recommended!

Really nice food but sick to the back teeth of not getting what I ordered. I'm not a picky customer just order straight forward menu items. Time to give Sizzlers a go. Sorry guys
