U3, 1286 Melton Rd, Syston, LeicesterOrdered pizza and got fresh pizza straight out of the oven.. Manager served me, was very helpful, happy and informative.. Gave me a free coffee which was bonus.. Parking is not so great, it is on street parking and at peak time, highly unlikely not be available...but the store is clean and staff are fantastic.

1151-1155 Melton Rd, Syston, LeicesterVisited on 23rd March as a foursome. Horrible rainy night out but lovely and relaxed in the spice. All four meals were plentiful and tasty, the service staff taking time out to explain the dairy free options for one of the party.Thank you spice team.

The Gate Hangs Well Public House
Fosse Way, LeicesterJust wanted to say a big thank you to The Gate Hangs Well & particularly Tillie for helping us get out of a forgot the elf situation! We went to the pub to capture the elf having been late to arrive because he got drunk in the pub. Tillie agreed to be in the pictures! All the team were really welcoming & the fires were on so it was warm and welcoming. We also order the Gyro’s which were lovely and great value. Definitely recommend.

The place was very clean.staff are polite and friendly, the food is excellent,and the portions are MASSIVE.!!They have a very good menu,at very reasonable prices. 1261 Melton Rd, Syston, LeicesterOrdered starter of stuffed vine leaves, delicious and very nicely presented. My partner had garlic mushrooms. Ordered lamb kebab, can't recall the name. Something beginning with A. My Partner ordered shish, both very tasty as we swapped over and had one lamb one shish each as there was 2 portions per plate. I'd have preferred more pitta personally, n not half a wrap to wrap it in. Served with salad on plate and then each more small bowl salad n portion of rice. All very tasty the atmospheres nice here too, just felt too much salad. Oooh n the main drawback. Cash only. But I'll happily come back again.Parking: We were on foot nearest parking is a 5 min walk either down side street or in Syston village.Kid-friendliness: If you book ahead small family group can get in. Staff happy to put tables together. This place is cosy. We had table for 2 but other tables are for four or 6 or eight if put together. It's nice as you can see food cooked. And the smell is divine.Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance is flat so easy to get wheelchair in but once inside it's quite cosy. So book ahead.
