Only 2 Disabled parking, not enough, had to drive around 3 times. No tables, full of kids. No menu so my severely disabled friend couldn't get to see what there was to order.Wheelchair accessibility: My friend has a rollater and found it difficult, especially to get into the table it's very tight.

Order came with missing items. Rang store to be told to contact uber eats explained the order was sealed so not uber problem but restaurant. Woman on phone was extremely rude and when we asked for a replacement she hung up. I will be contacting her manager tomorrow for an apology and refund on missing items. You work for McDonald's love not a top fine dining restaurant deal with yourself and loose the attitude

I work as a delivery driver and I didn't appreciate the service received by the manager. I was told to bring a thick bag to carry the food, even though I had an insulated bag to carry the food. He told me that if I returned back to the store to collect any futures order. He would refuse to serve me.I will definitely stay away from this branch. Every other branch that I've visited to collect the food and either staff or manager have never complained about my bag. Still I was able to pick up my delivery and give the food to the customer.

Food was decent enough however McDonald's has become priced far beyond what it offers even compared to other fast food it used to be the cheap convenience options but that is no longer the case.

Ordered food last night had the kids with me had to wait 10 mins for the food to be ready got home only 4-5 mins away food was cold and fries were old and dry and soggy so won’t be coming here again shud have just ordered a Turkish from across the road for the same money !!
Drive thru service was great with both all 3 assistants ( order , till and collection point) offering service with a smile ? ?

Generally Bad. From missing or cold items, to menu items not being available, it's probably the worst Mcdonalds in the Leicester Area. I had a request to update this after going again after quite a while....no change, still bad. Disappointed kid, since they had no happy meal toys. Staff were just gone out when I asked for the toy. No apology, or even any empathy.

ordered from this mcdonald’s using the app, my food arrived cold and there were onions on my burger which i did not want. the delivery drivers were incompetent, the first one tried to give me an order from a completely different place and the second was absolutely clueless and had no idea what he was doing.
