Not fast food anymore, and when you lose the convenience, your willingness to accept the quality of the food diminishes. Placed an order on the app to the table, took over 20 minutes and a visit to the counter to ask about the food before anything arrived. The chips were cold and a plain cheeseburger for a happy meal was not plain. The drinks did not arrive for about five minutes after that, and the Coke Zero was as warm as my fries had been. Generally Bad. From missing or cold items, to menu items not being available, it's probably the worst Mcdonalds in the Leicester Area. I had a request to update this after going again after quite a while....no change, still bad. Disappointed kid, since they had no happy meal toys. Staff were just gone out when I asked for the toy. No apology, or even any empathy.
