Been going to Pizza Jim's for a good few years since moving into the area, it's been pretty decent. But in my own experience Pizza Jim's seemed to have fallen down hill drastically in recent months. I ordered a meal deal for my self and my partner, it took two hours to arrive and when it did the food was cold. The final nail in the coffin for me, won't be going again. No one would accept that in a restaurant so why would you from a takeaway.

I walked in and the floor nerds a total steam clean, thick with black dirt in the cracks and crevices of the floor, a clean up is needed as does much of the rest of the shop.Settee has a large rip in it, it's scruffy.. I got a pizza which was okay but an upset stomach is the aftermath. Won't be using again. Gone down the pan. Avoid.

Ordered a takeaway… they said it was going to be 40minutes … 1 hour from ordering my husband rang and asked where it was and was told 10 more minutes… absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Very polite staff, ordered online and was available for collection after 15 minutes. This was ordered as enough food to feed 6 people.Food was fresh and not dry and not greasy like other pizza places.Kids really enjoy eating here as a weekend treat from time to time. Would recommend for a treat takeaway, with good prices, quick delivery and friendly staffing.

Dissapointed, ordered a seafood pizza, arrived with no anchovies and full of olives which I don’t like, the website needs updating

Used to enjoy the food from here. However, the mixed kebab eaten this evening is probably the worst kebab I've ever tasted. Meat soggy and sparse side salad. The accompany chips were also like wet cardboard. Awful. Never again.
