Stayed in the area on a white goods training course. Have to say the fish and chips were absolutely fantastic, good quality fish and chips at a reasonable price and the staff were very pleasant.
Massive queue and when I got to the front it turns out to be cash only. I though to myself - this better be good.Pleased to report the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. No wonder it's popular - 5 stars.

Great, freshly cooked food in very generous portions, especially the chips, and the fishcakes are beautiful. The staff are lovely and chatty, great with kids, and the waiting times aren't bad even when it's busy.
