Always very nice to shop here with vast stock and usually shelves stocked with plenty of room between isles when using a wheelchair it’s vital important

Gosh, what a sad shopping experience at ASDA as usual, rotten fruit and vegetables, half empty shelves around many departments. And even if I can buy any fruit, I invariably have to throw some out when I get home as it rotten. The fresh fish section yesterday smelt so bad I couldn’t risk buying any fish for fear of it making me ill. Come on store manager, get your act together and sort your shop out

Asda pharmacy absolutely shocking was told it would be 10 mins ended up taking nearly 2 hours and the staff are rude

Absolutely shocking. Very slow. Til to staff ratio is a joke. Pharmacy is no good 1 hour to wait for a prescription that I was told would take 20 minutes.

I am so upset as I have placed an order online and when the delivery driver arrived did not even bothered to search for my door number although there is MASSIVE SIGN and he just left. On top of that I got an email that the food has been delivered, but it was not so now I am stuck with no food and no money. Customer service is the worst I wonder how these people got hired. Do not waste your time and money to order from ASDA.

Visited Asda Boston for our Christmas shop this morning.I found the shop dirty, rubbish over the floors from restocking.The older woman on the pizza counter was rude with absolutely no customer service skills. While choosing our pizzas she shouted over to a colleague about how she was fed up doing pizzas for the online shoppers.All the other staff interactions we had were very good and all positive. There was one personal shopper that stopped what he was doing to help my wife get an item down from the top stock shelf, he was very polite and courteous.It was just a shame that the negative incounter with the woman on the pizza counter and the fact the shop was dirty.
A good supermarket, but today it was full and the carpark was manic.

Online shopping keeps coming short-dated, we were not checking on delivery and had 9 fresh food items with 2-4 days use by dates.Consistently having it more regularly, refused an auto-refund, sent an email after calling which I sent the required info and pack images NO REPLY for 8 days. £16 worth of food to be eaten in 2-4 days. All our weekly fresh foodIf you advertise 10+ Days why send 4 days? Or 6+ days sent 3?Some pickers know how to pick, most are just picking my whole order from the front.Stopped buying some products because always short or out of date.Checked this week 4 mashed potatoes 2 days use, items supposed to be 10+ days much less.I wouldn't pick short-dated why are your pickers lumbering me with them?

Such a messy store. Stock just thrown anywhere, stuff all over the floor. There should be staff going round tidying up rather than chatting with each other down the Isles. Won't be coming back.
