Entered the store and had to leave straight away because I didn't like the customer service. Also the worker was very grumpy with attitude the way he spoke. All I ask please improve your customer

I ordered 2 medium Lamb Shish Kebabs because there is no longer a large option. The portion is ridiculous in my opinion, I don't know if my child would eat it. The taste is no longer the same as it used to be a disappointment

Really disappointed. The past three times that we have ordered the order has been wrong. Never used to have these problems before. tried to ring and complain before but phone gets put down :( such a shame.

Ordered at 6.15 arrived cold called the shop said be out within an hour and didn't arrive so called shop again and said on way. Never arrived after the hour and after 2.5 hours still not received my tea . Very poor service

If there was an option for 1 start I would give it. The man behind the counter was so rude. Had no clue what he was doing and the food tasted like absolute crap. Ordered from here before and the order was completely messed up. If you’re going to run a kebab shop run it properly. My partner ordered a kebab from here and the Donner was soaked in oil. waste your money here. AVOID!!

Last few times we've ordered from Boston Kebab House the food has been late - normally between 1hr 15 min and 1hr 30 min , tonight the food was 2hrs from ordering to being delivered even tho they said 1hr when ordering - chased twice and was told it will be here in a few mins each time.Ordered the house Kebab £18 , plenty of meat , small salad came with it - nice and fresh, small garlic bread was a bit dry and crispy, only a few chips so for multiple people you will need another portion but overall can't complain about the portion to cost size as worked out cheaper than ordering 2 separate kebabs just a shame about the cooking and delivery time but looking at the reviews this seems common now unfortunately
