Last few times we've ordered from Boston Kebab House the food has been late - normally between 1hr 15 min and 1hr 30 min , tonight the food was 2hrs from ordering to being delivered even tho they said 1hr when ordering - chased twice and was told it will be here in a few mins each time.Ordered the house Kebab £18 , plenty of meat , small salad came with it - nice and fresh, small garlic bread was a bit dry and crispy, only a few chips so for multiple people you will need another...read full review
Ordered at 9.43 pm - came back from work hungry. Order delivered at 11:50 . Had to wake up at work in the morning.Rubbish service and food not upto standard. Not coming there again.

Really disappointed. The past three times that we have ordered the order has been wrong. Never used to have these problems before. tried to ring and complain before but phone gets put down :( such a shame.
